

Registration FAQ
How do I register?
There are two options:
1. ONLINE -click on any of our 'Register Now' buttons on this website OR click
on the registration link below. It will take you directly to our
Ballet Arts Dance Hub portal to register.

2. IN PERSON - we will be holding a few in person registration days.
Dates/times for in person registration will be announced on the home page of this website and on our social media pages- Facebook & Instagram.
I registered for classes in the Ballet Arts Dance Hub portal, but would like to pay in person or over the phone.
1. You can pay in cash, check or credit card in person at the studio at one of our in person registration days.
2. You can also call us to pay by credit card over the phone.

Will my spot in classes be held if I have not yet paid?
1. No, you're spot in classes is not held until you complete payment. Dance Hub will automatically close a class once it reaches capacity. Class placement is not completed until your account shows that it is paid.
2. If you are paying in person or over the phone we will update your account to show that you have paid and are registered.
I registered in the Dance Hub portal but want to confirm my registration.
1. In the Dance Hub portal, you can see the class (es) you selected and the status of your payment. If it shows as paid, then you are registered for the
classes you selected.
2. If we see that your class selection may not be the best fit for the student, we will contact you directly by email to find the optimal class(es) for your
student.
3. You will NOT receive a confirmation email upon registering. The Dance Hub portal status is your confirmation that your registration was processed.
I need to change my class (es) that I registered for. Can I do that myself if I have already completed registration and paid?
1. If you have not completed your registration (finished and paid), they you can change your class selection in the Dance Hub portal.
2. If you have completed your registration and the portal shows you have paid, any changes to your schedule can only be done by our office staff.
2. If you would like to make changes to your class schedule, please contact us via phone or email.
What will I need before my first class?
1. Students will need the proper dancewear and shoes for the first class
2. The dress code (dancewear, shoes, hair, batons etc.) can be found under the dress code tab on this website or by clicking this link for a pdf copy.
3. We do have some dancewear & dance shoes in the studio office available for purchase. Please stop by the studio at one of our in person registration days to view and try on items.
4. If purchasing items online, please allow for shipping time so your student will have the items they need for the first day of class.
When do classes start?
1. Our 2026-2027 season begins on Sept. 8th (immediately after Labor Day).
2. Monday classes first day of class is Monday, Sept. 14th
Tuesday classes first day of class is Tuesday, Sept. 8th
Wednesday classes first day of class is Wednesday, Sept. 9th
Thursday classes first day of class is Thursday, Sept. 10th.
Where do I go on the first day of classes?
1. Class schedules with the Studio space can be found with your registration in the Dance Hub portal and on the website.
2. Studio spaces
Studio A= large room downstairs on the 1st floor.
Studio B= large room upstairs on the 3rd floor.
Studio C= smaller room downstairs on the 1st floor.
Studio C2= smaller room upstairs on the 3rd floor.
3. The dressing room is on the 2nd floor.
4. Bathrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
5. Parent observation areas are available for each studio room. As space is limited and sound travels, please only remain in the observation areas if
your student is under the age of 6. Please only one parent (no additional siblings/family members) per preschooler/kinder dancer in the observation areas. Limiting distractions helps us ensure that better concentration for all
of our students and instructors.
